At Ferox365, we believe that a personal trainer is also a motivator and educator, so we prefer to call our certified instructors personal coaches. By utilizing the latest equipment and training methods, including TRX Fitness and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), our coaches will create a workout program of total body fitness for results you will see and love.
